The plan board

Every groundwork folder gets an artifact/board.html — a standalone HTML file that opens in any browser with no server. refresh-board (re)generates it from 05-tracking.md + .groundwork.json. The same file gives you three views of one plan.

Status columns — queued, in progress, blocked, done — with a selected work package’s brief alongside.

The plan board, Kanban view — status columns with a selected work-package brief

Work packages by wave, left to right, with freeze gates as choke points — the same graph the orchestrated build executes.

Mission Control (phases, gates, decisions, design coverage at a glance) ships in the same file.

The board opens standalone anywhere, and lights up with live status inside the Ikenga shell — it renders next to your running sessions, with a “copy this brief” button on every task. Outside the shell it’s a static file that still renders and works. You never need the shell; it’s an additive layer.
